Immunopharmacology Comments
T cell expression of CCL5 is regulated by Kruppel like factor 13 (KLF13) [9]. It acts via the chemokine receptors CCR1, CCR3 and CCR5 and is a chemoattractant for T cells, eosinophils, and basophils that promotes recruitment of these cells to sites of inflammation. CCL5 can activate some NK cells [6].
