Immunopharmacology Comments
α-NETA reduced mononuclear cell infiltration within the CNS in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice [1]. This result provides proof-of-concept that targeting CMKLR1:chemerin signalling is a favourable target for the development of drugs to treat multiple sclerosis.
