Bioactivity Comments
The only target tested thus far that α-NETA inhibits more potently than CMKLR1 (IC50 380nM) is ALDH1A1 (IC50 34nM, PubChem BioAssay AID 493210) [1]. Results for inhibition CYP3A4 (IC50 200nM, PubChem Bioassay AID 884) were inconclusive.
