MRL-248-induced inhbition of RORγt reduces pro-inflammatory IL-17A secretion from TH17 cells from patients with four inflammatory conditions (ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease), and reduces transcription of TH17-associated genes [1].
