Bioactivity Comments
LTGO-33 is >600-fold selective for NaV1.8 over NaVs 1.1-1.7 and NaV1.9, with specificity for human NaV1.8 compared to rodent and dog orthologues [1]. It inhibits with similar potencies at closed and inactivated channels.
