Bioactivity Comments
Treatment with BI-2493 suppresses tumour growth in mice, across a range of tumours with oncogenic KRAS mutations (G12C, G12D, G12V and A146V) and wild type KRAS [1]. Its PK profile supports oral bioavailability.
