Preclinical data indicate INT-767's potential in both preventing and reversing organ damage due to fibrosis.

INT-767 attenuates liver steatosis and inflammation in rodent models of steatohepatitis [1-3] and reverses age-related kidney disease in mice [5]. INT-767 has also demonstrated preventative efficacy in mouse models of diabetes- and obesity-related nephropathy [6].
