Bioactivity Comments
In rodent studies, trevogrumab treatment increases muscle fiber size, mass, and force production, and prevents experimentally induced muscle mass loss in vivo [1]. The antibody does not bind GDF11 (bone morphogenetic protein 11) or Activin A [1].
