Mechanism Of Action and Pharmacodynamic Effects
The antibody binds to the T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 and appears to kill these cells by inducing Fc mediated apoptosis, antibody mediated cytotoxicity and complement-dependent cytotoxicity.
