GtoPdb Ligand ID: 14333

Synonyms: L-LEN | Little-LEN
Comment: LittleLEN is a C-terminally truncated version of BigLEN, and a naturally-occuring fragment of the endogenous peptide ProSAAS. It has been identified (in mice) as a neuropeptide that selectively binds Gpr50 and activates intracellular Gi signaling [1]. This is the first report of a potential endogenous ligand for GPR50.
Species: Mouse
