GtoPdb Ligand ID: 13996

 Ligand is labelled
Compound class: Synthetic organic
Comment: PBI-8192 is a MT2-selective agonist. It is a fluorogenic probe that comprises the NanoBRET 590 fluorophore (shown as a red star in the image presented here) joined to the C2 carbon of 4-azamelatonin via a short linker [1]. PBI-8192 can be used in NanoBRET proximity assays with melatonin receptors that are tagged for the HiBiT/LgBiT complementation reporter system.
Note that the SMILES is provided for the 4-azamelatonin-linker region of the ligand only, without the structure for the fluorophore. As such the physico-chemical properties are also generated for this partial chemical structure.
