                                        Comment: CYD0618 is a derivative of the natural product oridonin [1]. Oridonin is an active compound found in the Rabdosia rubescen plant that is used in Chinese traditional medicine for its anti-inflammatory effects. CYD0618 has anti-fibrotic actions in the liver which are proposed to be mediated via inhibition of the NF-κB signalling pathway [1].
