Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 3-kinases (E.C. 2.7.1.127, ENSFM00250000001260) catalyse the generation of inositol 1,3,4,5-tetrakisphosphate (IP4) from IP3. IP3 kinase activity is enhanced in the presence of calcium/calmodulin (CALM2, CALM3, CALM1, P62158) [1].
