Comment: APB-R3 is a long-acting recombinant interleukin 18 binding protein (IL-18BP) mimetic [1]. The IL-18BP amino acid sequence has been optimised for IL-18 binding, and it is linked to the Fab fragment of an anti-human serum albumin antibody to extend its circulating half-life.
