YH35324 sequesters human IgE as a mechanistic approach for disease-modifying potential in IgE-mediated allergic diseases. Autoantibodies to FcεRIα (IgG and IgE) are prevalent drivers of mast cell activation in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria, in this condition neutralising/sequestering the anti-FcεRIα IgE using YH35324 would be predicted to reduce atopic inflammation.
