Comment: Pralmorelin (growth hormone-releasing peptide 2, GHRP-2) is an orally-active, synthetic peptide drug which acts as a growth hormone secretagogue. It is an analogue of [Met]enkephalin and activates the growth hormone secretagogue (ghrelin) receptor.
