Immunopharmacology Comments
ADAM8 is reported to drive acute allergen-induced airway inflammation in a mouse model, and effect negated by ADAM8-deficiency (antibody-induced or gene knockout) [3]. The potential roles of ADAM8 in inflammation regulation and in experimental asthma are reviewed in [4] and [2] respectively.
