Ligand References Clinical and Disease comments
IL-21 2
Immuno Disease Comments: HL cancer cells produce IL-21 which could explain the clustering of other immune cells around HL cells observed in vitro.
Bioactivity Comments: IL-21 has been shown to eliminate glioblastoma multiforme cells via activation of the cytolytic reactivity of Vγ9Vδ2 T cells in vitro and in an in vivo model [1]. These findings suggest that IL-21-sensitized allogeneic human Vγ9Vδ2 T cells might offer a novel immunotherapeutic approach for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme. | View biological activity
lymphotoxin-α
