Bioactivity Comments
14l exhibits biochemical selectivity over the other three homologous JAK kinases, as well as good functional potency as measured as JAK/STAT pathway-mediated effects on lymphocyte cell lines and human whole blood [1]. In a kinome screen serine/threonine kinase-16 (STK16) was the only significant off-target (inhibited by >75% at 100 nM inhibitor).
