Compound 17 induces nuclear translocation of the glucocorticoid receptor with an EC50 value of 1.8 nM [1]. The comparable EC50 for nuclear translocation of the mineralocorticoid receptor is 2.5 nM, indicating little discrimination between the two receptors.
