Agonist Comments
CCL19 but not CCL21 leads to CCR7 phosphorylation and internalization.
Antibody Comments
An anti-CCR7 monoclonal antibody (mouse anti-human CCR7 mAb, 150503 clone) is reported to have potent anti-tumor activity in mice xenografted with human mantle cell lymphoma cells [49].
Immunopharmacology Comments
CCR7 is one of more than 20 distinct chemokine receptors expressed in human leukocytes. Chemokines primarily act to promote leukocyte chemotaxis to sites of inflammation.
