Protein Comments
In situ hybridisation studies of the rat brain have showed RAMP2 mRNA to be located predominantly in the hypothalamus and amygdala [4].

Immunochemistry shows RAMP2 to be present in the human middle meningeal, middle cerebral, pial and superficial temporal arteries [5].

Northern blotting shows mouse RAMP2 mRNA to be located predominantly in the brain, lung, heart and skeletal muscle [2].
